What We Do
We act as your Client-Side Senior Lead Project Manager
We take full ownership for organizing and coordinating complex, high-stakes programs in datacenters, energy, telecom, and corporate real estate. This includes:
- Security infrastructure migrations and standardization programs
- Headquarters fit-outs, international relocations, and office transformations
- Risk management framework implementations (ISO 31000, BowTie analysis)
- GRC and compliance programs (ISO 22301, 27001, SOC2, SOX)
- Brand roll-outs, pricing changes, and post-acquisition integrations

A global datacenter operator acquired a fully operational datacenter. They had no blueprint for integrating existing datacenters since they had always built datacenters themselves. The assignment from senior leadership was to fully integrate the datacenter by deploying all of their global standards for systems, networks, processes and procedures.
After a merger of two multinationals, both listed at the NY stock exchange, we were asked to deliver a single sales platform with one opportunity process, but without impacting the separated e2e commercial processes of the legacy sales organizations.
A Dutch start-up energy company was facing the challenge to design and implement an organization in accordance with extensive national regulations. The job was to manage the start-up through the Dutch permit granting process by converting rules and regulations into auditable organizational practices, tailored to the nature of the new company.
