As the founder of Mitigate and your client-side senior lead project manager, I bring structure, coordination, and hands-on leadership to large-scale infrastructure and compliance programs that most organizations face only occasionally.

With 50+ assignments since 2006 supporting more than 20 organizations, we organize international teams, align dozens of vendors, manage dependencies across workstreams, and ensure reliable delivery — so leadership can focus on the business while we ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

We are CISSP certified and PRINCE2 Practitioner. We apply best-practice project management methodologies and can draw on a network of qualified professionals holding complementary certifications to deliver the strongest possible leadership and coordination for your program.
